• Creation of metallic effects as an alternative to metallized paper.
• A complete system is available in gravure and offset depending on the printrun.

• By printing on different paper grades with different types of metallic inks, the system has the advantage of being modular.

Gravure printing

• This product is made from an aluminium pigment of high purity.
• Ecological : Heavy metal free, low quantity of aluminium.
• 3 types available : High Gloss, Gloss & Mat
• Colours available : Silver (Illosilver) Gold (Illogold) Coloured metallic (Metal Color)

Offset printing

• New process for high lustre metallic effects.

Metallized labels

Definition

• A metallized paper is obtained by a thin aluminium layer evaporated onto the varnished paper (vacuum process).
• A metallized label is achieved by printing transparent or opaque inks on the metallized surface.

• Good opacity, especially in wet conditions
• Sustained white
• Optimal control against wrinkling
